For the second semester of our freshman year, our honors biology teacher, Mr.Bursch, assigned his students to complete a project benefitting the environment. This project is known as the Ecology Service Learning Project, or ESLP for short. Inspired by the WGHS Hummingbird Garden, our group chose to build a bench that will provide extra seating in the garden. We also decided to paint the bench with a garden theme. Our project will be completed this spring (2015).
